Web forms that create contacts

Settings → Integrations → New form.

Build the fields you want, and you are given a snippet to paste into your website. Submissions become contacts in the CRM, tagged with the form they came from so you can see which page is actually producing enquiries.

Worth doing

• Ask for as little as possible. Every extra field costs you submissions.
• Set the lead source, so the Where leads come from report can tell you what is working.
• Have the form create a task, so somebody actually follows up rather than the enquiry sitting in a list.

As with the chat widget, the snippet contains your CRM's web address. If that ever changes, re-copy it.
